- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Cost of parts is due up front before any works starts.
- A valid credit card may be required to secure an appointment.

4. Non-Payment and Vehicle Ownership Rights

- If a Customer fails to pay for services rendered, AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP DBA MOBILE MECHANIC reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, the Company may take legal action, including but not limited to placing a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle in accordance with Oklahoma state laws.
- The Customer agrees to reimburse AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP DBA MOBILE MECHANIC for any legal fees, storage fees, and collection costs incurred in recovering the unpaid balance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where services were not performed as agreed.
